FAQ’s

Where do I drop off photos & forms?
Always in the HHS Main Office in the Yearbook Advisor’s (Ms. Brayer) mailbox clearly labeled in an envelope. Never hand them to a student or classmate.

Will you mail my photos back?
Only if you give us a self-addresses STAMPED envelope. Otherwise all Senior photos will be handed back in June during Yearbook Distribution day.

Do we give the yearbook Senior Slide Show photos?
No, no and no. Usually the senior slide show is put together by a group of senior parents. Please do not contact the yearbook about this.

When are Baby Photos due?
The same time as Senior Portraits

Can I upload images from Facebook?
No. Any image that already resides on the internet is not hi-resolution and will not print right in the yearbook. Visit our post on resolution.

Why haven’t I received confirmation of my pictures?
Unfortunately E-share does not send you an automatic message. We will notify you on an as needed basis. For example, if we are missing a photo from you or the image is not the right format we’ll “orange-slip” you during school to let you know. Parents, if you are the ones reading this, please pass this information on to your child. It is their responsibility, especially during senior year, to stay on top of deadlines, etc.

Did my photographer send in my photos?
Unfortunately that’s not something we’ll know until we download and sort through all of the seniors pictures. It is your responsibility to take the appropriate information on submissions and deadlines to the photography studio and follow-up with them on whether or not they sent in your photo.

I’d like to use my school ID photo. Will you automatically do this?
Yes and No. While we want to include all seniors in the yearbook with the chance to submit their own special photo, we will use school ID photos for students who, in the end, have not submitted anything. However, if you know you want your ID photo from the start, notify us immediately so that we can get the file from the school ID photographer.

Can I send in candids later?
Yes, we will take them up until our last deadline. The advantage of sending them in sooner is that they have a better chance of getting picked to be in the book.

Do I have to use the school photographer?
No. They are here for your convenience. There are many studios in the MetroWest  area. However it is your responsibility to get us the photos in a timely manner, not the responsibility of the photography studio. The HHS Photo Club will also be advertising complimentary photo sessions but you must contact them and book in advance.

Can I order a yearbook after the deadline?
No. You may buy a yearbook on a first come first serve basis after all pre-ordered books have been given out. It is important to reserve your copy as soon as possible. If you need financial assistance please talk to your class advisor.
